Where do we deliver
Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom (but excluding the Channel Islands and, for some larger items, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

Delivery Charges
when you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order. We do ship goods to international addresses only when security and payment has been cleared.

How we deliver
all products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value. We will notify you which delivery method we will use. We will also send you an e-mail with your consignment number to allow you to track your parcel. On occasions different products in the same order may be delivered separately due to stock and availability, if this occurs you will not incur any extra cost.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 3.45pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.

Postal and Courier Deliveries
Postal and courier deliveries should arrive next working day of placing your order. Please note full computer systems will be delivered in three working days.

If we are sending your product by courier, our e-mail to you will contain a link to the Parcel force website, and a parcel number, so that you can track your order right to you. Parcel Force deliveries are usually made between 9am and 6pm. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.

IMPORTANT:

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
we try our very best to make sure your order reaches you in excellent condition. If you do not receive your order in full please check that they have been sent by using the tracking facility.
