Those of you who have known us longest will always remember our retail business is how we got started. We progressed through excellent customer service and no job being too big.

As the years passed this part of the business became more price driven and we found it very difficult to offer the same price matching whilst maintaining the excellent service. In the end we diversified and now have many different departments to our business.

However rather than close the door on retail completely our MD Lee Bevan always remembers it is the loyal retail business that was the foundation of the Leapfrog today. Hence we still have a smaller retail high street presence. We may not have what you need in store today, but we can have this for you tomorrow.

This may not always be cheaper than our competition, but we will take care of this product when it fails. We pride ourselves on the overall solution from Start to finish.
